• Review and verify the accuracy of cost data related to transportation operations to ensure compliance with defined objectives and audit guidelines.
• Submit transportation operation cost data to external service providers (suppliers) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collect, maintain, and compile cost data on a weekly and monthly basis for presentation to supervisors to support analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare quotations related to transportation routes and operations.
• Record daily operational data or activities that impact costs to enable continuous tracking, monitoring, and analysis.
• Propose improvements and process enhancements to increase operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments or teams to ensure cost calculations are accurate, precise, and aligned with actual operations.
• Resolve issues and provide clarification on disputes or inquiries from internal departments and external service providers (suppliers) in an appropriate manner.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or other relevant disciplines.
