Responsibilities

- Plan manpower and analyze the average ratio between manpower and workload to be appropriate so that the branch can perform according to the company's standards.

- Check the Time Attendance Rate and analyze the data to create work efficiency.

- Responsible for labor relations, company regulations and check the accuracy of the work procedures in each branch.

- support and advise managers and supervisors on branch management to achieve the company's goals.

- Investigate and punish employees who violate discipline

- Assist in the recruitment process and select employees in the responsible area.

- Take care of the promotion and transfer of employees in the responsible area.

- Follow up and evaluate the probationary period of employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, open to all majors.

Have at least 3 years of experience working in HR functions.

Able to work 6 days a week.
