Responsibilities
1. Customer Requirements Analysis & Solution Consulting
· Independently visit customers and conduct business communication in both Chinese and Thai, accurately understanding customers’ business models, warehouse operations, and key pain points.
· Lead customer requirement analysis, map business processes, identify system requirements and optimization opportunities, and provide requirement analysis reports and solution recommendations.
· Provide warehouse operation planning and system solution consulting for e-commerce warehouses, 3PL warehouses, and B2B warehousing scenarios.
2. Pre-Sales Solution Support
· Independently conduct system demonstrations (DEMO), solution presentations, and customer Q&A sessions.
· Prepare pre-sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations, solution documents, business process flowcharts, and requirement specifications.
· Work closely with the sales team to drive project opportunities, participate in customer discussions, solution clarification, and commercial support activities.
3. Project Implementation & Delivery
· Participate in project implementation, assisting with business process design, system configuration and testing, SOP development, and user training.
· Independently drive project execution and collaborate with customers, operations teams, product teams, and implementation teams to resolve issues.
· Follow up on system go-live activities, support business transition, handle on-site issues, and provide optimization recommendations.
4. Market & Customer Development Support
· When not engaged in on-site customer visits, support customer development and business opportunity generation through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
· Assist in organizing industry case studies, solution materials, and marketing content.
