Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for "J-Lek" brand products
- Source and select health-related products and complementary food products from overseas for domestic distribution
- Build strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts globally
- Plan and execute international trade shows (Thaifex, etc.) and generate qualified leads
- Negotiate contracts and manage export sales across USA, Europe, and Asia markets
- Conduct market research and develop market entry strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development for target markets
- Achieve sales targets and prepare business proposals and forecasts
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business
- 5-8 years experience in business development/export sales in FMCG or food industry
- Experience in product sourcing and import/export operations
- Proven track record in new market development
- Fluent English (TOEIC 750+) and Thai
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
- Willing to travel internationally 30-40%
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- MBA or Master's degree
- Network in international food distribution
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ISO, BRC, HACCP)
- Additional language skills (Chinese, Japanese)
- Experience in health food or functional food products
