Responsibilities
1. Concern Management and Resolution:
• Act as the primary listener for all parent concern, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
• Master the art of de-escalation, calmly addressing agitated parents and reassuring them that their concerns are being heard and taken seriously.
• Skillfully identify the root of the problem and, whenever possible, provide immediate solutions or a clear, actionable plan for resolution.
• Maintain a thorough and confidential record of all concerns, inquiries, and the steps taken to resolve them.
• Serve as a liaison, coordinating with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure a swift and effective response to all issues.
2. Communication and Public Relations:
• Welcome and assist all visitors, including parents, students, and community members, in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls, LINE and emails, ensuring that information is accurate and responses are timely.
• Clearly communicate school policies, events, and important announcements.
• Proactively follow up with parents to ensure their satisfaction and to confirm that their concerns have been fully addressed.
3. Administrative and Support Duties:
• Manage the front office, ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming.
• Support school events, parent-teacher conferences, and other community-building initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work for special school events.
Qualifications
1. Core Requirements
• Nationality: Thai national.
• Gender: Female.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Customer Service, with at least 3–5 years in a Leadership or Management role.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse international stakeholders, including parents, staff, and expatriates.
2. Key Skills & Competencies
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver service excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional conflict resolution skills with a "can-do" attitude when handling complex or sensitive inquiries.
• Communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Service Mindset: Deep understanding of high-end service standards and the ability to instill this culture within the team.
3. Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus")
• International School Background: Direct experience working within an International School environment or an educational institution is highly preferred.
• Cultural Intelligence: Familiarity with multicultural settings and the ability to navigate diverse cultural expectations.
