Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate football academy sessions.
• Develop students’ technical, tactical, physical and psychological understanding of football.
• Support PE teachers during the school day as a Teaching Fellow.
• Coach school teams during fixtures, festivals and competitions including BISAL and invitationals.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork and positive student behaviour.
• Support organization of sports events and wider athletics initiatives.
• Ensure student safety and follow all safeguarding expectations.

Be punctual, professional and fully prepared for all sessions. Represent BASIS International School Bangkok positively and contribute to a strong school sports culture.
Qualifications
- Thai National
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Coaching Certification: Valid football coaching license.
- .Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience coaching youth football (academy or school environment)
- Strong understanding of youth player development across technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions for young learners.
- Safeguarding: Strong commitment to student safety and child safeguarding standards.
