School Nurse (Registered Nurse) - BASIS International School Bangkok

• Provide immediate emergency care, first aid, and basic nursing interventions for injuries or illnesses occurring on campus.
• Assess student health needs and coordinate medical transfers to external hospitals in emergency or severe cases.
• Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications to students strictly in accordance with physician orders or parental consent.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and full operational readiness of the school health center, medical equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students with chronic medical conditions.
• Provide medical supervision and first aid coverage during school events and sports day.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in pediatric care, school nursing, or an international school setting is highly preferred).
• Specialized Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pediatric allergy care, early recognition of anaphylactic symptoms, and administration of emergency allergy medications.
• Certifications: Valid CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
