หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Lead the integration solution design process.
Articulate recommendations through compelling presentations and architectural blueprint documents to a variety of audiences, including business management and experienced IT architects.
Create and influence proper standards for development, governance and operational lifecycle
Identify on-going risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures
Takes ownership of sub-solutions and holds the responsibility of the entire delivery cycle from problem/opportunity identity, problem definition, solutions creation, architect, designing, developing, testing, deploying and ROI determination.
Lead technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
Design public and private enterprise secure services using REST based APIs
Creation and implementation, ensuring all initiatives are reviewed post-implementation to assess ROI and success, and determine the suitability of the sub-solution.
Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources
Drive all aspects of the problem and solution life cycle from initial discovery through to solution
Contribute to formalized solution methodologies; advocate for agile, lightweight business processes; populate the repository with deliverables, methodologies, and business requirement documents; and provide quality assurance for services within the solution area
Facilitate seamless integration and communication among various
Collaborate with clinical/non-clinical teams, administrators, and other healthcare Professionals to prioritize and address health-specific interoperability challenges
Evaluate and recommend healthcare-specific interoperability standards and frameworks suitable for specific client needs
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure integration solutions are consistent and reliable, as well as provide training and support in business development
Deep understanding of system integration landscapes between software products e.g. Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM) communication servers and interoperability platforms.
Proficient in agile project management standards, processes, procedures, and associated frameworks.
Proficiency in developing and interpreting code in established programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, and PHP
Hands-on experience REST, SOAP, and XML/XSD.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree Information Technology Computer

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, deploying and testing software sub-solutions for Systems Integration large scale projects and solution architecture using other integration and middleware platforms (experience in MuleSoft and Healthcare industry would be beneficial.)

• Broad knowledge of technology available for creating a fully integrated, successful solution

• Communicates highly complex technical information clearly and articulately to technical people.

• Project Management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflict, maintain issues list, manage a project plan)

• One or more on-premises/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Oracle, Siebel, SAP, WorkDay, etc.) Experience in MuleSoft would be beneficial.

• Demonstrated experience managing and architecting for multiple technical integration project SDLCs (Software Development Life Cycle) end-to-end, sometimes simultaneously

• Working knowledge of on-premises/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards

• Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients while leading internal initiatives to grow Services organization practices

• Demonstrated experience with High-Availability, Fault-Tolerance, Performance Testing and Tuning parameters on multiple engagements

• Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements while evangelizing integration methodologies and supporting business case justification to C-level executives

• Experience driving technical workshops with technical and business clients to derive value added services and

implementations

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
