 Business Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop new business opportunity, increase market channel, and look for new sales prospects to provide market growth
• Design and implement business development plans to meet KPI
• Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
• Serve patients’ requirements with high standard, quality and safety
• Handle and manage service recovery for complaints as needed

Channel Development

• Build, encourage and maintain relationships with key channels and stakeholders
• Handle business deals operations and activities
• Provide marketing / operation / information support to channels as needed to enhance channel growth
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness

Market Analysis and Opportunities

• Completing business reporting, statistics and market analysis related to job responsibility
• Track and report on sales and marketing activities, including customer feedback

Effective external and internal communication

• Lead/participate/communicate effectively with external and internal customers and team
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred​
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Chinese is preferred
• Well-versed in the healthcare industry
• Experience in medical sales and marketing or related field
