Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategic plan in order to increase revenue and volumes, and also to meet customer needs and expectations
- Execute the marketing tactics required to fulfill strategic plan
- Create and manage compelling, and informative brochures/marketing materials to support educational and promotional messaging
- Develop and introduce new products and services to profitably meet the needs of International, Expat and Thai visitors/residents in Phuket and Business Partners
- Manage and coordinate with either strategic partners or the internal integrated team to conduct events
- Centralized Information Management: Consolidate client data, communications, and transaction history into a single, accessible platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing or related field
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in hospital/healthcare/or hospitality services
- At least 2-3 years’ working experience in marketing or customer service field
- Excellent command in Thai, Arabic and English (spoken read and written) and able to persuade motivate others well
- Have a good problem-solving skill
