5.บริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องการ (Requirement Change Management)

6.สนับสนุนการทดสอบ (Testing & Quality Support)

7.เตรียมความพร้อมก่อนใช้งานจริงและหลังใช้งานจริง (Go-Live & Post Go-Live Support)

8.ดูแลข้อมูลและการเชื่อมต่อระบบ (Data & Integration)

9.ฝึกอบรมและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน (Training & Support)

10.ประสานงาน Vendor/Outsource

2.มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี ในงาน System Analyst / Business Analyst / Application Analyst (หรือมีประสบการณ์ทำงานวิเคราะห์ระบบในทีมพัฒนา)

3.มีความรู้ฐานข้อมูล MS SQL Server และสามารถเขียน SQL เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล/ตรวจสอบ

ความถูกต้องได้ (เช่น Join, Aggregate, View/Stored Procedure ระดับอ่าน-วิเคราะห์)

4.มีทักษะการทำเอกสารและการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถอธิบาย Requirement ให้ทั้ง User และทีม Dev เข้าใจตรงกัน

5.มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหา

6.เคยทำงานกับระบบโรงงาน/การผลิต/คลังสินค้า/บัญชี-การเงิน (เช่น Workflow อนุมัติ, เอกสาร,การเงิน, รายงาน)

7.มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้าน API (REST), JSON, Integration concept

8.เคยท่า UAT/Training/Go-live ในโปรเจกต์จริง

9.เคยทำระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ SAP B1 หรือมีประสบการณ์เชื่อมต่อข้อมูล/Interface กับ ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
