Responsibilities

Lead the application section, direct and guide Application Team in providing engineering/development expertise. Assists in formulating sales strategy and advising sales and marketing force, interact with engineering groups to affect design changes to equipment.
Direct and guide Application team in application development and system integration, monitor and control product performance goals, maintenance service agreement goals are met : ensure customer satisfaction.
Leads the innovation to Application engineering System. Provides technical support during major sales negotiations, and offer technical solutions to resolve complex system integration requirements and applications design issues.
Selects and assigns project team members for each implementation and ensures timely completion within budget, deadline and customer requirements.
Plan certified training to equip all developers.
Plan development roadmap, establish process and execute in accordance with the company strategy and lead the section to achieve the goals.
Quality control of product delivery including documentation.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer or related fields.
7-10 years of experience in system integration development.
A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts.
Knowledge of development tools and software development environment including O/S platform.
Ability to learn new programming languages.
Solid understanding the principles of routing, client/server & web-based programming.
Possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication with good command in Thai & fair in English.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
Good knowledge of mathematical and statistical principles and formulas.
Able to travel upcountry and work overtime when required.
Encrypt/decrypt type and key value management.
