Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Plan and perform system installation, configuration, and upgrades according to project requirements.
Conduct system health checks, performance tuning, and ensure infrastructure reliability and security.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with network, application, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and configuration manuals.
Lead and mentor junior engineers in project execution and knowledge sharing.
Support pre-sales teams with solution design, sizing, and proposal preparation when required.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer satisfaction.

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer or related fields.

2. 7-10 years of experience working as network/infrastructure engineer or consultant.

3. A solid understanding of networking such as OSI layers, network policies and security.

4. Knowledge of network management and infrastructure tools.

5. Ability to learn analyze cross-vendor network infrastructure.

6. Solid understanding of routing & secured routing, QoS, and other characteristics as per requirement of a given infrastructure/network environment.

7. Able to design a complex network with multi-class and different types of network equipment.

8. Possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication with good command in Thai & fair in English.

9. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

10. Good knowledge of electrical principle.

11. Able to travel upcountry and work overtime when required.
