Customer Service Assistant Manager
บริษัท โอโอซีแอล โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Manage and oversee export cargo operations including FCL and LCL consol and air shipment.
- Coordinate and collaborate with shippers, carriers, and overseas’ counterparts and overseas buyers.
- Manage and monitor team to perform the tasks and timely update shipment visibility status to meet customers’ SOP & KPIs and ensure smooth operation with no failure.
- Take short term assignment to travel and work overseas in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and/or Bangladesh as short-term assignment.
- Weekly report to direct manager for team’s productivity and outstanding/pending booking/service failures.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ CSV experiences in 3PL Logistics and 5 years in team leader/supervisor level
- Experienced in the buyer consol business or contracted logistics with related to PO management, and shipment status update into system is preferrable.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and strong communication and team management skill.
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with overseas teams.
- Willingness to travel and work overseas.
- Knowledge of specialized computer programs, including pivot tables.
- Ability to work in tough situations and environments.
