Required:
• Thai nationality, male or female
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields and have 2 or more years of experience.
• Experience in IT support, application support, implementation or consulting
• Disciplined, responsible and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal skills with strong service mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
• Flexible in working hours
Technical Skills (Advantage):
• Experience with Server, Storage and enterprise network infrastructure
• Familiarity with VMware, Windows Server and Linux environments
• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet or other network/security solutions
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Understanding of web applications, APIs and application architecture
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM or other enterprise applications
• Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Soft Skills (Advantage):
• Good command of English (written and verbal communication)
• Presentation and documentation skills
• Experience working with vendor support teams
• Experience in managed IT services or enterprise environment
