ธุรกิจ : บริษัทชั้นนำในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยาง (Rubber Part) ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติก (Plastic Part) เป็นชิ้นส่วนประกอบให้กับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า รวมถึงอุปกรณ์การแพทย์และอุตสาหกรรมทั่วไป ฯลฯ

สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน : ตำบลชัยมงคล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

เงินเดือน : 20,000 - 30,000 บาท (ขึ้นกับประสบการณ์ทำงาน)

วัน-เวลาทำงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์, 8.00 - 18.00

หน้าที่และรายละเอียดงาน :

ออกแบบ วางแผน และทดลองแม่พิมพ์สำหรับขึ้นรูปพลาสติกหรือยาง (Mold Design for Plastic / Rubber) สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
วางแผนจัดซื้อแม่พิมพ์ใหม่ตามอายุการใช้งานหรือสภาพการใช้งานจริง ติดตามสถานะ การผลิตแม่พิมพ์ให้ทันต่อการผลิต
วิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าของแม่พิมพ์ให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน สรรหาและประเมิน ผู้ผลิตแม่พิมพ์ (Mold Maker)
จัดทำและติดตามแผนบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ
ดูแลให้มีอะไหล่สำรองสำหรับการซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ในปริมาณที่เหมาะสม
ทำงานร่วมกับทีมผลิตเพื่อกำหนดพารามิเตอร์ต่างๆ
เข้าร่วมประชุมกับทีมโรงงานเพื่อวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแม่พิมพ์
ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ เช่น IATF, ISO และมาตรฐานอื่น ๆ ที่บริษัทใช้

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (หรือสูงกว่า) วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (สาขา Mold & Tooling Technology - เทคโนโลยีแม่พิมพ์และเครื่องมือกล) หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
มีประสบการณ์งานวิศวกรรมออกแบบแม่พิมพ์สำหรับพลาสติกหรือยางอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
มีความรู้ด้าน Mold/Molding, CAD/CAM (2D/3D) และการออกแบบแม่พิมพ์
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SOLIDWORKS และ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้เครื่องมือช่าง (Tooling Engineering)
มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
