Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and relevant departments to develop business opportunities.
- Visit customers, analyze situations, follow up on results, and report to the manager.
- Manage existing customers and identify new prospects.
- Follow up on and resolve sales issues to meet customer needs.
- Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships.
- Secure contracts from new prospect customers each month.
- Perform sales activities to increase sales targets, including follow-ups with account customers and handling internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales in any industry.
- Knowledge of bidding processes is a plus.
- Good command of English.
- Valid driving ability is an advantage; owning a car is not required.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and remain self-motivated.
- Strong passion for sales and a high drive to achieve targets.
- Good personality with strong negotiation skills; logical thinking is essential.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Calm, easy-going, and service-minded personality.
