Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and operational support related to process knowledge
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Monitor and maintain product quality within the plant
- Maintain production lines and ensure stable yield efficiency
- Identify and resolve process and efficiency issues
- Actively participate in process and procedure optimization
- Monitor process control parameters and equipment operating conditions
- Implement new technologies to reduce plant costs
- Improve processes to increase productivity while maintaining quality
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, control plans, work instructions (WI), and other related documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Production, Operations, or Process Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Good command of Japanese or English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
