Responsibilities
- Manage the team to contribute, monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with the Sales team.
- Identify and manage team targets and performance.
- Improve department operations and standards.
- Collect and maintain margin reduction documents and prepare quarterly analysis reports.
- Oversee the team in supporting Sales with documentation processes (e.g., quotations and contract signing).
- Oversee the tracking, recording, and processing of fine ticket management operations.
- Oversee RPA processes related to Fine Tickets, M-Flow, and delayed payments.
- Manage document control, review document details, and submit Sales-related documentation to the Document Management System.
- Manage M-Flow penalty charges received.
- Work closely with relevant parties regarding document submissions, such as lease agreements, payment confirmation letters, credit investigations, request orders, purchase orders, confirmation letters, and other related documents.
- Oversee and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Summarize and report issues that may affect targets to relevant parties on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
- Good command of English (business level).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales or Sales Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in the automotive or leasing business is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets/KPIs.
- Strong passion and highly driven to achieve targets.
- Ownership mindset with strong profitability management awareness.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong management skills to manage the team and assigned tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability.
