Responsibilities

Receiving

Manage the receiving process for incoming goods, including import formalities
Review shipping notices, bills of lading, and invoices to prepare unloading methods and assign tasks for receiving and storing materials

Logistics, Import & Export

Arrange delivery schedules and shipping documents to determine priorities, assign work, and select shipping methods to meet customer requirements
Oversee outgoing shipment activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
Ensure proper maintenance of forklifts, equipment, and material handling tools through preventive maintenance and regular inspections; coordinate with maintenance personnel or external service providers for repairs when necessary

Inventory & Warehouse

Plan warehouse layouts and storage arrangements by considering the volume, size, weight, and related factors of stored items
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and corrective action implementation
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and material movements from receiving, stocking, and distribution
Develop procedures and train employees on stock transaction processes and proper material handling practices
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operations comply with environmental standards

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
More than 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Good command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and inventory & warehouse management

คุณสมบัติ
