Responsibilities
1 - Conducting feasibility studies and constructing financial models for assigned projects, updating actual performance and preparing financial analysis for various scenarios.
2 - Maintaining positive relationships with banks and financial institutions.
3 - Analyzing actual operating results, identifying key financial and operating issues, and quantifying actual results versus forecasts.
4 - Providing loan sources and negotiating with financial institutions to secure favorable financial terms.
5 - Managing loan agreements to ensure the company can meet loan drawdown requirements, repay principal, interest, and dividends as expected.
6 - Preparing financial information for the Board of Directors, shareholders, and bankers.
7 - Analyzing and recommending appropriate assumptions for financial models.
8 - Performing investment valuations and presenting proposals for management approval.
9 - Dealing with financial institutions and potential investors to ensure reasonable commercial terms for the company.
10 - Exploring and recommending financing alternatives for the company. - Reviewing loan agreements and transaction-related agreements, providing comments on commercial and financial terms.
11 - Studying and staying updated on the financial market and financial instruments to manage risk effectively.
12 - Performing financial analysis for the company's financial status planning and control to comply with stakeholder conditions (lenders, shareholders).
13 - Managing loan and credit facilities arrangements, including loan terms, project finance, and trade finance.
14 - Ensuring compliance with all covenants under loan agreements. - Performing ad hoc reports or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance advisory, financial project management, business analysis, forecasting, or financial feasibilitystudies.
- Solid background in financial modeling, M&A, project finance, due diligence, and project feasibility. - Experience in project and structured financing. - Strategic thinking, self-motivation, multitasking, collaboration, open-mindedness, and a good team player.
- Open-mindedness for learning various assignments with a high commitment to transaction success.
- CFA or CPA license is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and good command of English.
