Responsibilities
1. Follow up production target.
2. Solve problems, find solutions and improve with appropriate industrial engineering methods and tools.
3. Eliminate waste (8 waste) from the production process.
4. Plan, set goals, and track weekly and monthly.
5. Can promote the organization and improvement activities.
6. Follow the boss's orders and be flexible with your work.
Qualifications
1.Baelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
2.Understand about Tooling of IE (5 Why, 5W2H, Line balance, etc.)
3.Good communication and coordination skill
4.Able to work overtime and work on holiday
5.have learn improvement thinking
6.Have a good attitude and team work
