Responsibilities
- Visit sites and investigate the facts of damage/loss
- Gather and request evidence, information from related parties
- Prepare documents/reports to clients and comply with company's guidelines and service standard
- Organize the claim being in line with the terms of the insurance policy and/or agreement contract
- Write reports for insurers or clients (in English) to present the claim’s validity and make a recommendation to conclude the claim
- Review and verify information to determine coverage of damage/loss
- Negotiate and commit to a settlement and move case to closure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- New Graduates are welcome.
- 1 -2 of practical engineering experience
- Good command of English (required)
- Have a driving license and able to drive (required)
- Computer skill in MS Office and E-mail is a must
- Self-discipline & punctual,
- Attention to details
