Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and acquiring new potential clients
• To provide advice on asset allocation in collaboration with Investment Consultant (IC) to maximize returns for customers and help them meet their financial objectives
• To collaborate with Branch managers to service existing customers in Branch Network
• Monitor market trends, financial news, and economic indicators to provide informed recommendations and be able to transform into sales activities
• Accommodate transactions of all available products on shelf
• Monitor and review clients’ financial progress regularly, ensuring alignment with their objectives and adjusting. Evaluate investment opportunities, considering factors like risk, return potential and liquidity.
• Arrange and execute regular (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) investment and portfolio reviews with clients, highlighting and fill any gaps where required
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure the delivery of seamless and integrated services
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1- 5 years in financial advising, investment consulting, or wealth management roles including knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients is essential
• Strong drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and high-performance culture
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Possess IC Complex 1 License is a must, IP License will be a plus
• Maintain strong relationships with company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
