Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall hotel operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
- Plan and manage budgets, control operating costs, and drive business performance to achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and business growth.
- Lead, manage, and develop team members through workforce planning, delegation, coaching, and performance management.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to ensure service standards, quality, and business targets are achieved.
- Plan, organize, and manage events, conferences, and other activities from concept to completion, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, execute marketing campaigns, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to minimize business disruption and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on hotel management experience.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations and Event Management.
- Strong leadership, business planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent command of English.
