Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our agency, maintaining regular communication and addressing their specific needs related to Chinese digital marketing.
- Cultivate strong and enduring client relationships built on trust and expertise in Chinese digital platforms.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives and tailor marketing strategies to align with their goals in the Chinese market.
Strategy and Execution:- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the Chinese market, including WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns that resonate with the target Chinese audience.
- Allocate resources strategically to maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts in the Chinese market.
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the Chinese market.
- Increase the client pipeline by proactively seeking out and engaging with potential clients in relevant industries.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support business development (BD) and sales initiatives, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies that drive results.
Reporting and CRM:- Provide clients with clear, data-backed reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize Odoo CRM to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
Team Development:- Train and build team members’ strengths and capabilities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5-years experience as an account executive, account management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or a related role within a digital marketing agency.
- Good knowledge of Chinese digital platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and others.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
