Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various Chinese social media platforms and e-commerce sites to achieve business goals.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Strategic Marketing Management: Develop and manage digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on Chinese social media platforms and e-commerce sites.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns on platforms like WeChat, Weibo, and Douyin, as well as e-commerce sites such as Tmall, Taobao, and JD Central.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that marketing strategies support sales objectives. Coordinate on joint initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Business Development: Take full responsibility for identifying new market opportunities, creating go-to-market strategies, and driving the expansion into new channels and markets, particularly within the Chinese market. This role requires self-sufficiency in business development efforts, as the company does not have a dedicated Business Development team.
- Support for CEO & Partner Management: Assist the CEO in managing and nurturing relationships with Chinese partners. Provide strategic input and support in negotiations, partnership development, and communication with key stakeholders.
- Content & Production Coordination: Collaborate with the content and production teams to develop compelling digital content that aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Influencer Marketing: Manage relationships with influencers to enhance brand reach and credibility in the Chinese market.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Chinese market.
- Reporting & Strategy Adjustment: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
