- Media Strategy Development: Create data-driven, holistic media plans that align with client goals, utilizing a deep understanding of Chinese digital platforms, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices across popular Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and others.
- E-commerce : Develop comprehensive media plans that align with eCommerce goals and objectives and coordinate with the eCommerce team to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with online sales initiatives.
- Audience Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, behavior patterns, and preferences, ensuring campaigns are effectively tailored to reach and engage Chinese consumers.
- Budget Management: Manage media budgets effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI and client objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure the seamless execution of media campaigns, including ad creation, placement, and scheduling.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI. Make data-driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize results.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Client Collaboration: Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding of campaign progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from different departments, including creative, SEO, E-commerce, and social media, to develop integrated marketing strategies.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Work experience in Strategic Planner or Digital Marketing of at least 3 years.
- Experience working in Marketing Agency.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Chinese digital platforms and advertising options.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
