Responsibilities
• Strategic Analysis: Deep dive internal and external data to develop and kick-start new impact, growth, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Business Case Development: Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis, Feasibility, financial and ROI projections for new projects or product/service launches.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, on-field research and market landscape performance to identify and present potential threats and whitespace opportunities.
• KPI & OKR Governance: Support metrics tracking that matter. Ensure business units are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Capable to manage assigned work steam as project manager or PMO
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in corporate business analysis, management consulting, or a strategic planning role.
• Business Acumen: Holistic view of P&L value drivers, value stream structure, bottle neck and gap analysis that lead to new solutions and opportunities.
• Critical Thinking: The ability to research and explain why a trend is happening.
• Soft Tools: Presentation skill and executive storytelling
• Data Literacy: Advance Excel or data tools to extract insights.
