- Possess foundational knowledge in network design, system setup, and configuration, such as Web servers, Active Directory (AD), and related systems.
- Respond to and resolve critical server, application and system alerts.
- Coordinate with technicians. Follow up and coordinate until the job can be closed in the specified time.
- Provide advisory support to relevant teams.
Job Functions:
- To oversee and manage the mail system, server, firewall, switch, storage, and related equipment.
- Knowledge in Systems Engineering and Network Security
- Coordinate, oversee, analyze and maintain computer systems and Network System.
- To troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system operations and network security
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Computer science, engineering, information or related field.
- Experience 5 -Y+
- Essential Skills: in Leadership, Communication, Negotiation and systems and Network Infrastructure.
