Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Process Monitoring: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to evaluate business processes and system outputs.
Auditing & Inspections: Plan and conduct regular internal audits and routine inspections of products or services before they reach the customer.
Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities; lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality metrics and data to recommend improvements for higher efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Training: Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO standards) and train staff on quality best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and support teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
Implement International Standards for Manufacturing and maintain these qualification for the company
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a QA role, ideally within a similar industry (e.g., manufacturing, software, or services).
Attention to Detail: Exceptional observational skills and a meticulous approach to identifying errors.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and use statistical methods to track performance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting findings and influencing team members at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using quality management software (QMS) and productivity tools like MS Office.
Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ASQ, or ISTQB.
