Responsibilities

As we expand our international footprint and develop the Sunrain Pencom brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational identity. You will act as the essential bridge between cross-cultural management and the factory floor, not only managing administrative and compliance tasks but also establishing a strong, unified working culture that supports our future branding and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employer Branding: Develop, implement, and champion a cohesive, high-performance working culture that aligns with the core values and future vision of the Sunrain Pencom brand across all nationalities and departments.

Multicultural Workforce Management: Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of manufacturing personnel. Manage complex documentation, including MOU processes for Myanmar workers and BOI visa/work permit compliance for expatriates and experts from Taiwan and China.

Supervisor Training & Development: Design and implement coaching programs to improve the leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills of production line supervisors, ensuring they can effectively lead diverse teams and uphold the Pencom brand standards.

Intercultural Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, expertly mediating conflicts across cultural and language barriers to maintain a harmonious and highly productive work environment.

Administrative Oversight: Manage and digitize HR ledgers, attendance records, and payroll inputs. Ensure that all employee data, work schedules, and HR reports are accurately maintained and easily accessible for production management.

Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate clear communication of company policies, safety protocols, and daily work orders. Ensure total alignment between Taiwanese/Chinese management, Thai supervisors, and Burmese operational staff.

Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Thai labor laws, workplace safety regulations, BOI (Board of Investment) stipulations, and international labor standards.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Direct experience managing a multicultural workforce and driving organizational culture in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in HRIS and spreadsheet software (Excel/CSV) for managing large employee data sets.
Deep, practical understanding of Thai labor laws, the MOU system for migrant workers, and BOI visa processes.

Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, strong cultural sensitivity, effective negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build a positive corporate culture from the ground up.

Language: Native-level fluency in Thai and proficiency in English are required. Conversational ability or fluency in Burmese or Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage for direct communication with our diverse team.
