Agro Sustainability Senior Supervisor (based in Lumpoon) - บริษัท เป๊ปซี่โค เซอร์วิสเซส เอเชีย จำกัด

· Conduct and monitor field implementation for Sustainability Farming Program (SFP) program and maintain SPF requirement.

· Develop and refine learning material to effective transfer good practice and replicate across additional farming area.

· Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to co-create process improvement plans and drive the practical implementation of sustainable practices.

Accountability

· Conduct pre-assessment to monitor field implementation for SFP program

· Monitors field implementation progress according to SFP requirements and provides initial guidance to improve compliance.

· Develops and refines learning materials based on pilot plot experiences to effectively transfer good practices and replicate them across additional farming area.

· Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to co-create process improvement plans and drive the practical implementation of sustainable practices.

· Provide annual training SFP, GAP and Best practice to grower.

· Control CAPEX, Project and MOH to serve function operation demand in operation necessity, operation capacity, productivity, safety and business sustainability

· Ensure every execution is in compliance with Agro work process in GCS and company policy.

· Support EHS system and ISO system

· Develop responsible Sustainability KPI of functional and leadership capabilities to meet Agro Sustainability competencies.

· Coach direct reports to build collaboration culture within team and also cross-functions.

· Provide constructive feedback and motivate team with good environment and discipline to deliver business result.

· Build culture of safety and security at work and work life balance for responsible Potato Supply team.

· Minimum 5 years experiences in agricultural extension management or agricultural procurement management or agricultural processing management.

· Good computer literature in Microsoft office.

· Good in Thai and English communication (writing, reading and speaking)

· Experiences in Food industry.

· Experience in contract farming business.
