Responsibilities

- Monitoring and follow up the establishment new dealerships
- Professional support dealers to meet highest levels of customer satisfaction , efficiency and profitability
- Conduct and Corporate facilities standard , interior, signage and tools, support and ensure that dealer comply with operating standard, safety and environment
- Using system and services standard to conduct timely measurement of dealer standards
- Implement and secure monthly customer satisfaction meansurement
- Ensure each dealer has the necessary competence and/or competence plans in place to deliver on business plan requirements including new truck sales, service sales and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Automotive , Engineering , Technical or related field.

- Automotive and PDI Inspection , Basic technical knowledge , Technician work

- High general computer skill in MS Office

- Fluent in English (written, listen and spoken)

- Strong communication, coaching and training skill.

- Strong interpersonal skill.

In this Service Area Manager role, you will be responsible for monitoring and following up on the establishment of new dealerships, providing professional support to ensure dealers achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. You will conduct and ensure dealer compliance with corporate facility standards, including interior, signage, and tools, as well as operating standards, safety, and environmental regulations. You will utilize systems and service standards to conduct timely measurements of dealer performance. Additionally, you will implement and secure monthly customer satisfaction measurements. A key part of your role will be to ensure each dealer has the necessary competence or competence development plans in place to meet business plan requirements, covering new truck sales, service sales, and overall customer satisfaction.
