Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary service contact for fleet customers
2. Conduct regular service review meeting (monthly / quarterly)
3. Identify customer painpoint and omplement corrective and preventive action plans
4. Handle excalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues
5. Control the issue and improvement plan with service area management
6. Understand customer operationalrequirment and tailor service solutions accordingly
7. Manage service-related escalations and ensure timely resolution
8. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
9. Liaise with dealers, workshops, and technical teams to ensure service quality
10. Track vehicle status and proactively update customers
11. Support campainge oe recall implementation for fleet vehicles
12.Coordinate preventive maintenance programmes to minimize vehicle downtime
13. Analyze recurring technical issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) with technical teams
14. Review technical reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability
15. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality , and Parts departments to resolve technical issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Automotive , Engineering , Technical or related field.
- Automotive and PDI Inspection , Basic technical knowledge , Technician work
- High general computer skill in MS Office
- Fluent in English (written, listen and spoken)
- Strong communication, coaching and training skill.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
