JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Declare CIT and reconcile data between two system
- Follow general expenses, allocate it and depreciation fixed asset on both system
- Support Make finanacial Report and prepare before auditing engagement
- Declare FCT. Final FCT
- Control AR/AP with agent
- Make payment to oversea company
- Work with team and handle trouble with teammate
- Update frequency about accounting dept's status to chief accountant
- Back up work of all teammate
- Do other task as account manager's request
JOB REQUIREMENT
• College/ University with Accountant/ Finance degree or relevant
• Over 2 years’ experience as general accountant position
• Good communication, customer care skills
• Highly self-motivated, self-confident
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition, high volume
• Have knowledge relating to tax law, account regulation
-Ability to work independently, interact and coordinate well
-Hard working, be honest, be responsible
-Having professional accounting capacity, being capable of summarizing and mastering the accounting
· Need to enter into 2 account systems.
· Advance MS Excel skills and accounting system
· English communication is required
