Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Preparing and processing all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Coordinating with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant document submission
• Maintaining detailed records and filing systems for all export documentation
• Providing support in tracking shipment status and resolving any document-related issues that arise
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the freight forwarding team
Job scopes:
• MBL cut-off, confirmation the carrier MBL, guarantee
• Confirm the vessel departure and issue the HBL, and customer telex LOI and related data whether is correct
• Checking the S.I pre commodity, qty, gross weight, measurement and selling rate
• Input the carrier AR/AP
• Input the warehouse AR/AP
• Input the custom broker AR/AP
• Following up the HBL / cargo
• Following up the custom broker / port / container on board
• Chasing the local customer AR
• Make sure customer receive the invoice copy can make the payment, except the freight charge in USD
• Sending confirmed HBL
• Sending related LOI
• Send out the charges and follow up the confirmation in return
• When issuing the invoice, issue and send to the customer
• Compile related LOI
• Confirm and complete the process of the LOI, when can apply with TWN for the LOI fee
• Check the carrier company of time departure
• Sending the late departure notice
• Check and confirm the local AR/AP, and make sure
• Contacting nomination cargo for export cargo
• Sending pre-alert to agent (billings / MBL / HBL / manifest)
• Input overseas AR/AP
• Follow up the BL without telex, inform the TW for the telex notice
• Check the cost and payment whether is correct
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in export documentation or a similar role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of export processes, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Effective communication skills in both Thai and English
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Detail-oriented
