Responsibilities

• Manage, Maintain, and Support the Databases.
• Receive, triage, and classify incoming support requests (Incidents and Service Requests), ensuring accurate prioritization and assignment before proceeding
• Resolve software issues for customers in accordance with the service agreement, maintaining consistent quality and SLA compliance
• Handle Incidents and Service Requests end-to-end with proper documentation and follow-up until full resolution
• Escalate bugs and customer enhancement requests to R&D with complete technical details, and follow up on resolution progress
• Document all resolved issues with clear resolution summaries in the designated company system within 24 hours of closure
• Conduct system checks and prepare Preventive Maintenance or Incident Reports per the service agreement schedule
• Identify and flag potential service expansion opportunities to the Service Sale team during customer interactions
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• 0–1 year of experience in a technology role (new graduates are welcome)
• Good communication skills with ability to liaise with customers and internal teams
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving and systematic-thinking mindset
• Ability to document technical issues clearly and concisely
• Basic understanding of web application architecture (client-server model, HTTP/HTTPS, request-response flow)
• Basic Linux/Ubuntu command line: navigate directories, read log files, check running processes (ls, cat, grep, ps, systemctl)
• Understanding of relational databases and ability to run basic SQL queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN)
• Ability to identify common HTTP error codes (4xx vs. 5xx) and interpret API responses
• Exposure to Docker or containerized environments (understands what a container is and basic docker commands)
• Awareness of REST APIs and how to make a simple API call using Postman or curl
• Basic knowledge of MariaDB or MySQL (connecting to DB, viewing tables)
