Responsibilities

• Plan a test plan and give advice on test type, test scope, test case, rotbot programming so that Junior testers can work smoothly.

• Make a test specification document to define the scope and design test case used in the tes

• Communicate with the team about the scope to be tested.

• Conduct testing and communicate defects to developers and follow up on fixes periodically..

• Keep the script robot framework UI testing updated according to the test specification document.

• Keep the script robot framework API testing updated according to the test specification document.

• Make a report summarizing the remaining defects before release or close the project.

• A report summarizing what was done yesterday, what was stuck, what will be done today. let the team know.

• Provide advice and guidance on software testing.

• Implement and oversee automated testing strategies and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage

• Analyze and interpret test results and work with development teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the SQA process and tools to enhance overall product quality and testing productivity

• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement preventive and corrective actions

• Collaborate with project managers to provide input on project schedules, resource allocation, and project risks related to quality

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the QA Lead or Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role

• Extensive experience with manual and automated testing of complex software systems and products

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, including agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices

• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber

• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++

In-depth understanding of database systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

• Proven track record of implementing and improving quality assurance processes and standards

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
