• Carry out work according to the plan laid out

• Coordinate with the R&D department to consider solutions

• Test and install programs without errors

• Prepare Software Requirement List and Software Requirement Summary (SRS) as specified in the project agreement

• Work according to the plan, update progress and troubleshoot problems to find solutions

• Conduct training and User Acceptance Test (UAT)

• Verify Server prerequisite and make System/Network Design (NNMX/NLG Product)

• Verify Server prerequisite and make Service Support Design (NSDX Product)

• Verify Server prerequisite and prepare forms for Preparation process (NDPP Product)

• Coordinate with the R&D department to consider solutions

• Test and install programs ready for use to ensure no errors during installation

• Scope, design and deliver initiative projects from beginning to end successfully on time and on budget

• Bachelor's degree in faculty of IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
• Have at least 1 year experience in software development
• Good knowledge of programing such as VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, Perl, Go, CSS
• HTML, JavaScript, Python
• Good knowledge of Unit Test
• Good knowledge of Database (MySQL or Maria DB)
• Basic knowledge of Agile, Process Improvement Tools
• Good skill of planning, prioritizing, analysis, coordination, presentation
• Have good responsibility, discipline, awareness, proactive, self-development and leadership.
• Have experience working with company which certified ISO or CMMI.
• Able to work hard and tolerate with pressure of work.
• Able to travel and work in foreign country.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Preference will be given to individuals with ITIL, CCNA, CCNP certificate or knowledge of project management.
