Responsibilities

• Design the design web application according to the requirements obtained from the roadmap or project customization.    

• Be able to explain the design and pass it on to Junior developers to work on.    

• Provide advice and advice on programming so that Junior developers can work smoothly.    

• Develop software with the language and structure as specified.    

• Complete the work within the time limit.    

• Update the source code in the developed part to always be the latest version    

• Make unit test documents so that testers can continue to work.    

• Document how to use User manual.    

• Fix or fix the defect as notified by the tester.    

• Meeting to update work done in stand up meeting.    

• Plan and understand the work that will be done in the sprint.    

• Prepare design documents (PDD) as specified in the requirement.    




Qualifications

• Expertise in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
• Extensive experience with software development tools, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., Git, Docker, Spring, React)
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Deep knowledge of database management systems and query optimization (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Proven experience with front-end and back-end development, as well as full-stack development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex software systems
• Leadership abilities, with the capability to mentor and guide junior developers
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and leading development teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve existing software systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience with deploying software applications in a cloud environment
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development and ability to implement secure coding practices
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks and tools
• Proactive mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
