Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-off and verify quantities and specifications based on project drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Review tender documents, including bidder instructions, project requirements, specifications, and drawings, and prepare query lists for any discrepancies or missing information.
- Develop estimation drawings and apply necessary design assumptions where specifications are unclear.
- Coordinate with TSMZ designers to obtain and verify design information for accurate estimation.
- Prepare VECD estimation drawings to support clear understanding and accurate pricing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator, Estimate Engineer, or QS Engineer.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), MS Project, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work at construction sites in suburban areas.
- Good command of English.
