Responsibilities
• Performing daily payment process (AP) International and local vendors and bank reconciliation
• Vendor management.
• Summary of monthly purchase VAT and custom vat
• The daily update on AP & Import duty report and plan for vendor payments as per defined payment schedule
• Prepare and support for BS reconciliation for account payable function.
• Responsible for month-end and year-end for AP account closing
• Coordinate with other functions to balance the company's objectives with both internal and external clients' conditions and expectations.
• Work close with HQ Company for AP function.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2- 5 years of work experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of accounts payable.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidentiality.
