Responsibilities
1. Research, develop, and create new beverage recipes, including product presentation and performance evaluation.
2. Ensure consistent beverage quality in accordance with established standards.
3. Conduct training programs and act as an instructor for Baristas to enhance skills, knowledge, and service quality.
4. Plan and execute marketing activities through both online and offline channels.
5. Serve as an online administrator, responding to customer inquiries and engaging with customers across digital platforms.
6. Monitor customer feedback and market trends to support product and marketing improvements.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Experience in beverage development, barista training, or café operations will be an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of coffee, beverages, and quality control standards.
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
5. Basic knowledge of online marketing and social media management.
6. Creative, service-minded, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
