Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive to promote laboratory testing services in the areas of microbiology and chemical analysis. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting clients with testing solutions for food, chemical, and industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell laboratory testing services to new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop key client accounts.
- Visit clients and maintain strong relationships to understand testing requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
- Coordinate with laboratory and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with clients and manage the full sales process from inquiry to order.
- Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain customer records and prepare monthly sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory testing, food industry, chemical industry, or related services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
