Responsibilities
1. ลงพื้นที่ตามคอนโดและอาคารสำนักงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร หรือตามพื้นที่ที่บริษัทกำหนด
2. วางแผนและนำเสนอแผนงานโครงการต่อ Property Management เพื่อขอติดตั้งจอโฆษณาบริเวณลิฟต์ของอาคาร
3. เจรจากับ Building Manager หรือ Landlord เพื่อปิดดีลและเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
4. จัดทำรายงานความเคลื่อนไหวของงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
5. เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาและแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงเทรนด์โฆษณา สื่อออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ สื่อ OOH และกฎและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6. ติดตามขั้นตอนการทำงานจนเสร็จสมบูรณ์ 100%
Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา มีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาธุรกิจ หรืองานขาย อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (เคยทำงานธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
2. เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการใช้ภาษาที่ดี
4. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
5. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office
6. มีบุคคลิกภาพดี
7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
8. สามารถทำงานงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ จ.- ศ. (09.00-18.00 น.)
9. มีรถจักรยานยนต์ และใบขับขี่ สามารถทำงานลงพื้นที่ได้
