Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the department
- Assist in communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and local teams
- Translate business documents (Chinese ↔ Thai / English) as needed
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and follow up on tasks
- Prepare reports, minutes, and presentations
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin HSK 5 or above), both written and spoken
- Good command of Thai and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
