Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Integration:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions using AI such as OpenClaw.ai to support business operations, marketing insights, and decision-making
• Customize and optimize AI workflows, automation, and use cases on the OpenClaw.ai platform to deliver practical and scalable business solutions
• Act as the internal AI expert, providing consultation and guidance on AI adoption, including prompt engineering and effective use of AI tools
2. Project Management & Business Transformation:
• Lead and drive end-to-end projects on a continuous basis, focusing on AI/automation implementation and business process transformation across multiple departments
• Understand end-to-end business operations to identify pain points, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable project initiatives
• Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes
3. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design:
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather and define business requirements
• Design practical, scalable, and AI-driven solutions that can be effectively implemented within the organization
• Continuously refine solutions based on feedback, performance, and evolving business needs
4. Workflow Automation & System Integration:
• Develop workflow automation and mini-systems to replace manual and repetitive tasks
• Integrate systems using APIs, Webhooks, and other technologies to enable seamless data flow and process efficiency
5. Data & AI Enablement:
• Work with data to support AI models, automation workflows, and business insights
• Design and develop AI-driven knowledge systems (e.g., RAG-based solutions) to enable accurate and efficient information retrieval within the organization
6. AI Training & Organizational Capability Building:
• Design programs to enhance AI capabilities across the organization
• Coach and support employees in adopting AI tools effectively, ensuring practical application in day-to-day work
• Promote best practices for AI usage, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and responsible use
7. AI Governance & Data Security:
• Define and implement data governance, security, and access control practices (e.g., permissions, secrets management, data scope)
• Ensure AI and automation usage aligns with organizational policies, data privacy standards, and business context
8. Dynamic Project-based Role:
• Work across multiple projects and departments, with responsibilities evolving based on business priorities
• Support new initiatives and transformation projects as assigned by the organization
Qualifications
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI, Automation, Software Development, or Coding (Python) with a proven ability to make independent decisions and manage time effectively.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Python.
o Experience with API Integration, RAG Systems (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
o Hands-on experience in AI development (Familiarity with OpenClaw.ai is a plus).
o Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Language: Proficient in English (capable of working in an international team environment).
• Soft Skills: Proven coaching/mentorship skills, highly proactive in learning new technologies, and a creative, initiative-driven mindset.
