Responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from receiving requirements from hiring departments to extending job offers.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Provide recruitment strategy recommendations to relevant departments.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze recruitment process effectiveness.
- Support employer branding activities and other HR-related projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for Sales positions will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good understanding of the labor market and modern recruitment techniques.
- Chinese language skills will be considered a plus.
