AI Media and Content

• Create images, videos, presentations, written content, and other materials using generative AI tools.
• Prepare creative content for events, PR campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Edit and review AI-generated materials to ensure quality and consistency with the company's brand.
• Explore new AI tools and recommend practical ways to improve the team's creative work.

Events and Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Liaise with building management, vendors, venues, and external business partners.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and other departments on event requirements.
• Assist with event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, catering, registration, and staffing.
• Prepare event materials, schedules, checklists, and supporting documents.
• Provide on-site support during events and assist with post-event follow-up.

PR and Team Support

• Assist with PR campaigns, media activities, partner events, and other company projects.
• Help coordinate internal staff and temporary manpower for events.

Perform other duties and assignments as required by the team.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, Multimedia, Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in event coordination, content creation, public relations, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Practical experience using generative AI platforms for image, video, audio, or written content creation.
• Familiarity with design, presentation, or video-editing software is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with building management, vendors, business partners, and colleagues across different departments.
• Willingness to provide on-site event support and work outside normal office hours when required.
